When will my order arrive?
We Manufacture most of the products we sell.  Production time is usually 10-14 business days from the placement of the order. 
So the delivery time will be the production time plus the transit time. Our factory is in Southern California. If you live in California expect delivery in one to two days.  If you live on the east coast expect 5 to 7 day. Of course if you live in delivery will take 3 to 5 days.

 

Security Policy. 
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address so it cannot be read over the Internet.

 

Privacy Policy. 
We do not sell your personally identifiable information to any one.

 

How will my package be shipped? 
As a standard practice we ship our products ground. Most items over 36 x 48 ship with a trucking company.  Here is a link to the carriers we use the most.  Shipping information.

 

Can I use my FedEx or UPS account number for orders?
Yes, just let us know at the time you place your order.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. box?
No we only ship to a physical location. 

 

Delivery Signature Required.
For the protection of you new product, we automatically create all shipping labels with a required signature at delivery. We can however ship smaller packages (Under 30 x 40 inches) without signature - but require a written request.  The best way to make the request is to create the entry in the Item Comments as you place the order.  Note: FedEx policy does not allow delivery requests to be removed when the shipment is in transit. Contact us for additional information.   

 

How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address? 

Enter both a billing and shipping address when you place the order.

 

How do I know that my item has shipped? 

We will send a shipment confirmation via email upon shipping the order.

    

 

What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped? 

Track the package using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation. If it shows the package has been delivered, please contact us.  

 

What if my order arrives damaged? 

If the box or package is crushed, please refrain from opening the package and refuse delivery. Contact us within 3 days of receiving a  package with concealed damage. 

 

 

What if I receive the wrong item.  

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the wrong item. We will send a call tag to pick up the incorrect item and will re-process your order.

  

 

What is your return policy?
If you decide you want to return an item contact us for a return authorization. Ship it back to the return address on the original shipping label. We must be notified of a return within 10 business days of receiving the order.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Will provide a full refund LESS the outbound shipping charge.
