This is the most critical first step. Questions often revolve around measuring from the edges of the mirror itself, accounting for backsplash or obstructions, and how to handle very large mirrors.
Yes, all of our mirrors include the appropriate mounting hardware, which varies by mirror size. Smaller mirrors—such as our collection of unique, decorative pieces—come with traditional “D” ring hardware, making them easy to install in tight spaces. Larger mirrors are equipped with a French Cleat (also known as a Z-bar) system. This secure method uses one metal bracket attached to the back of the mirror and another anchored into the wall studs; simply lift the mirror and set it into the wall bracket for a safe, sturdy installation.

Yes, we offer Unfinished Wood Framed Mirrors, perfect when you need an exact color match. Simply paint or stain them yourself (DIY) to coordinate with your décor.
A custom frame is built to your exact specifications—you choose the size, style, material, and finish to perfectly match your décor or fit a unique board or mirror. Custom frames are ideal when you need non-standard dimensions or want a specific look.
A ready-made frame comes in standard sizes and limited styles. They are usually faster to ship and more economical, but they may not always match unusual dimensions or specialized design preferences.

A beveled edge is a decorative, angled cut around the perimeter of the mirror that slopes from the front surface down to the edge.
It catches the light for a subtle, prismatic highlight and a more polished look. Common bevel widths range from about 1/4" to 1-1/2"
(custom options available). Bevels work on both framed and frameless mirrors. Note: the bevel slightly reduces the visible flat area of the mirror by the bevel width on each side.
Choosing the right frame depends on your décor and the room’s purpose:
- Modern spaces – sleek, thin, or metallic frames work best.
- Traditional interiors – ornate or wood-stained frames add warmth and character.
- Rustic or farmhouse style – distressed, reclaimed, or natural wood finishes fit perfectly. Visit Custom Mirror by Style for more options

If you need something specific (logo placement, multi-panel layouts, etc.), just let us know—Contact us and we’ll quote it.
Wipe with a microfiber cloth and a designated dry-erase cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. Avoid abrasive pads or ammonia-heavy cleaners. For stubborn marks, color over with a dry-erase marker and wipe immediately.

- Mounted Cork – 1/4" natural cork mounted on 3/8" firm pinnable fiberboard, for a total thickness of 5/8". This provides a sturdier, more durable surface for heavier pin use.
